In a significant development for Bollywood enthusiasts, Ahan Shetty, son of veteran actor Suniel Shetty, is set to make his mark in the much-anticipated sequel to the iconic war drama Border. The original film, released in 1997 and directed by J.P. Dutta, is revered for its portrayal of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. Now, nearly three decades later, Border 2 aims to continue this legacy with a new generation of actors.
Ahan Shetty expressed his deep connection to the project, stating, “Ironic how life works—my journey with Border started 29 years ago when my mom visited dad on set while pregnant with me. While Ahan steps into the limelight, his sister Athiya Shetty’s absence from the film industry has been noticeable.
