वित्त मंत्रालय ने अपने कर्मचारियों पर चैटजीपीटी और डीपसीक जैसे AI टूल्स के इस्तेमाल करने पर रोक लगा दी है। कर्मचारी ऑफिस के डिवाइस यानी मंत्रालय की ओर से दिए गए कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप, टैबलेट जैसे डिवाइस में इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पाएंगे। व्यय विभाग की ओर से 29 जनवरी को जारी आदेश से पता चलता है कि AI टूल्स के इस्तेमाल से गोपनीय सूचनाएं लीक होने के खतरे के चलते यह कदम उठाया गया है। ये आदेश मंत्रालय के सभी विभागों पर लागू होंगे। यह खबर ऐसे समय सामने आई है जब ओपन एआई के CEO सैम ऑल्टमैन भारत दौरे पर हैं। बुधवार सुबह ही उन्होंने कई सरकारी अधिकारियों से मुलाकात की थी। चैटजीपीटी को ओपन एआई ने ही डेवलप किया है। इससे पहले ऑस्ट्रेलिया और इटली जैसे देश भी ऐसा कर चुके हैं। चैटजीपीटी (चैट जनरेटिव प्री ट्रेन्ड ट्रांसफॉर्मर) एक आर्टिफिशियली इंटेलिजेंट चैटबॉट है। यह इंटरनेट पर मौजूद जानकारी को पढ़कर जवाब देता है। सैकड़ों आर्टिकल्स पढ़कर चैटजीपीटी अपने जवाब तैयार करता है
उदाहरण के तौर पर अगर आपने एक आर्टिकल लिखकर किसी ब्लॉग पर पब्लिश किया तो यह जानकारी इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध होगी। इसी तरह सैकड़ों आर्टिकल्स पढ़कर चैटजीपीटी अपने जवाब तैयार करता है। जिन सवालों के जवाब खोजने में वक्त लगता है उनके लिए इसे काम में लिया जा सकता है। ओपन एआई AI की वेबसाइट पर जाकर चैटजीपीटी पर क्लिक करके आप इसका यूज कर सकते हैं, लेकिन आपको सही सवाल पूछना आना चाहिए। साथ ही उस विषय की जानकारी भी होनी चाहिए। इससे आप तय कर पाएंगे कि जवाब सही है या गलत। अगर आपको रॉकेट साइंस सीखनी है तो चैटजीपीटी सही विकल्प नहीं है। बेशक यह आपको बता देगा कि कौन से एंगल पर रॉकेट चलेगा, लेकिन इससे पूरी प्रक्रिया जान पाना मुश्किल होगा। सिर्फ कॉपी-पेस्ट ना करें, जवाब को समझें इसके इस्तेमाल के लिए लर्निंग एक्सपीरियंस होना बहुत जरूरी है क्योंकि तब ही आप यह जान पाएंगे कि चैटजीपीटी का जवाब सही है या नहीं। जवाब सीधे कॉपी-पेस्ट न करें बल्कि उन्हें समझें। याद रखें यह गूगल का विकल्प नहीं है। किसी भी सब्जेक्ट पर विस्तार से जानकारी के लिए गूगल बेहतर है। लेकिन तुरंत नोट्स तैयार करने हैं तो इस स्थिति में चैटजीपीटी गूगल से बेहतर है। स्टूडेंट्स इसका उपयोग करने में सावधानी बरतें
देश में ज्यादातर इंजीनियरिंग और सॉफ्टवेयर डेवलपमेंट फील्ड में इसका इस्तेमाल हो रहा है। कोडिंग में कोई दिक्कत होने पर इंजीनियर्स चैटजीपीटी से 2 मिनट में समाधान पा सकते हैं। इससे प्रोफेशनल्स की प्रोडक्टिविटी बढ़ती है लेकिन स्टूडेंट्स को इसका इस्तेमाल सावधानी से करना चाहिए। उदाहरण के तौर पर क्वांटम फिजिक्स से जुड़ा कोई छोटा टॉपिक आपको समझना है तो आप इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं लेकिन होमवर्क के लिए इसका उपयोग सही नहीं है क्योंकि इससे आप हमेशा एक सॉफ्टवेयर पर निर्भर हो जाएंगे।
